If you got a card in the mail from Yellow Tail wine rebate, call 1-914-251-9463. Apparently they were having problems with this offer being rejected on all who submiited the offer. You can call them and they will send you the check for the $20.00. Be sure to have the card with you when you call so that you can give them the numbers they need off of it!
